Default phone holder for the window side?

Found lots of post for phone holders that attach to the center console area, however my preference is to find one that I can mount between window and steering wheel.
Even better if the phone can be positioned higher, near top of dash.

I used a vent clip one on my other car, but the 992 vents are too deep to hook onto.

Any one have a product that meets this need?

Thx!

on my GT4, i used a suction mount to stick a phone holder in that area. not sure if it would work on a 992. It’s a Ram mount holder.

Ordered! Let's see if it works for me. Thankfully Amazon prime has free returns!

I wouldn’t do it, window phones remind me of Ubers.

@DavidColorado Received phone holder and very happy with the "new tech" gripping mechanism that screws in to be clamped tight instead of relying on springs or (worse) just a friction clip. Never saw that before (haven't bought a phone holder in years...)
I've got it mounted in front of the left side vent, slightly can't towards driver. A little on the pricy side as phone holders go, but compared to the car (he, he), pretty darn good. Thx!

Cool, glad to hear that. I've got it clamped as far up and out as possible on the vent slats, and mounted upside-down, which makes the display 98% visible behind my left hand on the wheel. I was hoping to avoid having to take my eyes so far off the road ahead to refocus down to the center console area.
