I am very interested how this would work. It would be cool if you can be on your Iphone and you can change your tune with the press of a button. Like toggle between a 93/91 tune and back to Standard
I said I would not tune this one but, heck, if you can do it thru your phone- I am in

We certainly plan on having some type of heavily discounted "trade-up" program for those with the standard M-Tuner already purchased who wish to go wireless.

What happens when wireless connectivity is cut or interrupted? Is there a fail-safe mechanism in the dongle? Sounds like more room for errors/issues.

We have been heavily and extensively testing it for months. It is quite stable. You have a higher chance of bumping your corded version by accident and cutting comms that way.
Regardless, our software has the ability to recover ECU's (even the current corded M-Tuner) if a flash interruption occurs.

My whole vacation home from TVs, Alarm, HVAC, and both Door locks all run off the internet. It kind of sucks when you have an internet outage in the area because you lose access.. But the fail-safe is it keeps the current status although you may not be able to make any changes thru your phone until the internet hooks back up. Assuming this would be a similar case.
