what everyone's thoughts on it

personally i love it
exterior is very vantage v12 / one-77 mix with the interior being db12
add 650hp and RWD sounds like a good recipe for me
highly considering this as my next car after the 992 GTS

I really like it, but the lack of a manual transmission option is a deal-breaker for me.

At least it will probably be much easier to get than a 911 allocation these days

The AM Vantage is a depreciation machine. It will depreciate to close to nothing, as in less than $40K in less than ten years.

I'd rather get the Lotus Emira with supercharged V6 manual and call it a day, but that's just me.

I would NEVER buy an AM....definitely a lease only brand. Their leases actually aren't too bad and is usually a stepping stone to qualifying for something a little higher like a Ferrari or Lamborghini lease.

This AMV will depreciate more than $30k in year one. As much it's lovely, a used one at 3 or 4 years is where it's at.

Any current Ferrari (other than maybe a Portiofino) is a great way to not get murdered on depreciation, but you think a 911 is hard to get, try to join the Ferrari club... All games and bull$hit

I think the new Vantage looks great and I would love to order one.
I have a 2020 Vantage AMR with the manual and I really like it a lot. If the new one had a manual option I would definitely be seriously considering it.
But the depreciation is definitely hard to stomach. I will likely hold off on one for a while mainly because I have too many cars already. But will consider replacing my 2020 Vantage with the new one in the future.

Rumor has it AM will introduce a Vantage with a MT in 2-3 years. Now, that would be interesting.
