Default 2024 vs. 2021 Carrera S Manual

Today I picked up a 2024 C2S with a Manual , I also have a C2S with a Manual of 2021 and I noticed the 2024 model having a lighter clutch and transmission. Feels more refined and just in general lighter pedal feel, even the steering wheel I find it lighter. Any of the manual owners had a chance to experience different year models like this ?

The mauals I test drove (used models of the 991s) had a heavy clutch. I liked my Audi ones better. Its nice to see the '24s aren't heavy.

Does the '24 have power steering plus?

I had a 2021C2S coupe and traded for a new 2024 C2S cab. Both manuals with sport package. Clutch and transmisison feel pretty much identical. Which is actually very good. Clutch is much lighter than my old 2004 GT3, no doubt.

How about RAS in old vs new? The steering ratio is different between RAS vs non RAS. Not sure if that would make the steering feel lighter.

Lighter is not always better.
