No reason why it shouldn't. Turbos use the same Immobilizer as NA cars and it's been beta tested on 95, 96, 97 and 98 NAs. That said, a test is worth a thousand theories and the plug-and-play makes that a 5 minute effort without any mods to the car. If it doesn't work, unplug and return. I'll add you to the list.
