Mahogany / walnut interior trim, replaceable?

Don't let nine owners concern you too much. Look close at the CarFax. Some are flippers, dealers or the owner moved or paid off the car. Let the PPI be the judge. I would rather have a 9 owner car that has been well maintained than a one owner car that was neglected. Keep us posted.
I think I am going to contact them and have a look / testdrive. That interior is starting to grow on me :-)

The interior overall, works, seems even for those here who are routinely enamored by wood trim- classy, very upscale English-like..
The supple leather seats look to be in great shape, and the leather color and other interior accents highlight the wood trim.
The car is well optioned- hi fi system, aluminum gauges, on board computer, door sill(driver side), aluminum/wood shift handle and e-brake.
Porsche Classic Radio looks good..
Exterior Metallic Black likely contrasts well with the saddle/beige/wood combo interior package.
9-owners needs close investigating...

Is that aftermarket or part of the factory options?
If you need to make it less "Woody" you can always find a pair of used door cards which is an easy reversible change.
Assuming it's aftermarket then you can remove it and restore back to the original materials by basically pulling out the instrument gauges and the dash and having a good reupholster to remove the faux wood and see what condition the vinyl that is probably under it to save it or lay down a new layer of vinyl on top of the metal which is under it.

IMO, if the OP doesn't like it as is, he should take a pass on it so someone else can enjoy it for what it is...

Couldn’t agree more. It would be sacrilege to remove a factory “exclusive” option. I’ve been looking at 993’s for 10+ years and I’ve never seen another one with that option.

Btw, I have never seen this before. Anyone else has this in his 993?
