I just found this thread:
https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...rs-clutch.html

where Tlalock, Jason and Colin explain the various pressure plate options. Seems the Sachs versions come in many varieties

I called Darren at FD and he confirmed he uses the correct Sachs RS PP that does not increase clutch pedal force but meets the needs of the 993 torque output.
Order placed.

Perfect timing on this thread. I am considering the same. However, I need to get the Steve W chip since I am also running a '95. Can anyone who has done the swap share the most noticeable difference? Driveability? Thanks

Hi,

I have a very, very slightly used LWF for a 993 Turbo. It was installed but the owner didn't like that the engine would sometimes die, and had the stock flywheel put back on my Ruf when the original RUF conversion was done. I also have two PP, a new TO bearing, and like new clutch plate. All in a box, and all in Scotts Valley. I paid the seller an extra $300 for these parts and they are just taking up space in my garage. Will this stuff work on your 993? I have photos somewhere, or you can just pop over for a peek. And coffee.
