Watson, the 991.2 C4S is Graphite Blue with PDK, sport seats, (odd build and I acquired the car used) has very few options yet has PCCB’s. Here are a couple more pics but you can find more on my IG jcrable911

@luv2race How do you like your Atlas lift? Which model is it? Did you set it up yourself?

Timely thread! I have a garage with lots of space above and standard ceilings below, too. I talked to my contractor last fall about doing this very thing, but haven't pulled the trigger yet wondering if it was the right way to go. Seeing yours is a big help. Great job.

luv2race - hope you don't mind my adding to your thread but in the spirit of a very similar garage transformation, I found some other before and after pictures of what we did in our San Diego house:

Many thanks,
I like them both (I have a soft spot for 90s sports cars - nostalgia from high school years!) but I much prefer the 993. I really enjoy the F355 as a complement and contrast to the 993 - it is very different and I grab those keys when I want something quirky and unique to drive. The 993 is much tighter, more nimble, predictable, approachable, has better feel and just feels better engineered. It is also on more modern suspension while the F355 is all stock so not entirely fair comparison but the 993 handles MUCH better than the 355. On the other hand, the 355's engine is intoxicating (when you're driving it, not when you're maintaining it!) and it is just so uniquely Italian quirky in general that it is quite fun. It's also surprisingly comfortable once you get used to the semi reclined position that is necessary for taller drivers - I'm 6'6". I also love the gated shifter on the 355. It clicks and clacks into gear and is a lot of fun - but can not be rushed! In general, I'd say the 993 puts a bigger smile on my face - especially in the twisties, and it would definitely be the one I'd keep if I could only have one but the F355 is a really great complement that doesn't at feel like more of the same and has an engine and transmission that brings on big smiles too!

Oh, and lastly, I'm not one for flashy cars so I had some trepidation about getting a bright red Ferrari. I only did it when I had moved to La Jolla CA where exotics are a dime a dozen and no one cares but I definitely would not have bought the car when I lived in the midwest. Overall, out here in CA, it isn't bad in terms of attention - certainly gets more than a silver 993 but it's generally good attention (the odd thumbs up or photo) with the occasional annoying stuff thrown in - like gas station questions about how much it costs, etc..

She is a beauty, I may be selling her though as I’m negotiating on a special 964.

It’s an Atlas Garage Pro 8,000 and no i hired someone to set it up. The lift listed for $2595 and I purchased for $3100 installed. It’s been great so far but I only finished the garage about 2 weeks ago. The ability to move the lift by myself is a very cool added benefit but I’m not sure I will ever need to move it around my garage. Ha

Would you happen to have any showing how it was finished off up above? Thx!

The raised Ceiling

The storage space, we finished the hidden wall with plywood to save some coin

Remounted the door tracks and swapped the center mounted lift master with a wall mount 8500 lift master

Gratuitous picture of my female Catahoula Leopard Dog

Different angle of storage area

A different angle of the two ceilings

Since we’re sharing, here are a few shots of mine. I have to finish installing my work bench (the pile of wood in the corner), hang a few last posters, and decide what lift I’m going with ... decisions, decisions. I also went with the side-mount Liftmaster 8500 ...

Is that storage above/behind the Ducati sign?
