my midnite blue targa came with same from PO.
also the targa badge and red calipers.
its ok not too garish actually. I've kept it.

If your heart is set on a contrasting grill, I would think that a gray or silver tone would be the best option.

wouldn't do it to mine, but if it brings joy, do what you have to do.

re the garage door handles, that needs to be fixed, no debate needed.

I'm usually a purest on these things, but I kinda like it... I think it's more subtle, since you don't really look at the car from this low of an angle. What color is that in the grille? Orange or is it guards red (and I just can't tell it)? If it was to your taste (definitely not my favorite), but the Carrera side script in the same color would look good (err...ok...) with this. If you had seatbelts in this color or calipers, it might tie in nicely, but i wouldn't go too nut.
