Default Montana?

Looking for anyone else in Montana with a 993/Any other porsche for that matter lol. Im moving to Billings in the spring and hope to meet some people to drive with. Im sure the air cooled community is small but I'm hopeful.

There are a ton of Montana license plates in California. I think they all live there.

Congrats on the pending move. Beautiful state. My favorite areas are around Flathead Lake and Glacier National.

Welcome to Montana (soon). There are a surprising number of nice Porsches in the area. Some of them air-cooled. DM me when you arrive and let's go for a drive. Definitely get hooked up with the local PCA, too. Billings has a pretty active (although smallish) group.

I grew up in Charlo, MT. No, really. I visit family in Fairmont, Frenchtown, and Bigfork but have not been there in the Porsche.
Edit: I guess I have been there in the Porsche. The pic in my sig below was taken near White Sulphur Springs. I hope my driving is better than my memory.

Montana is home to the place with the largest single day temperature swing of 103 degrees fahrenheit. Because of this, I run 5w60 so I have the full gamut of temp ranges.

Everyone talks about beautiful Montana ( maybe the western part). I thought ND was empty til I drove through eastern Montana. So flat out there, on Monday you can see who's coming to visit for Tuesday.

Lived in ND for 10 yrs, went to a wedding in eastern Montana and my buddy did get a ticket for 90 mph, back when the "reasonable and prudent" limit was in effect.
