I met Rudy on the phone in 2005 when I was looking for a 993 turbo. He spoke on the phone with me and at the time I believe he had about cars and was very helpful.
Very sad to see him leave us. reminds me every day could be our last. enjoy life as it appears Rudy did.

This is devastating news. I had the pleasure of meeting Rudy years ago, sharing meals several times and enjoyed many other email "conversations" with him. This was a man who truly had his priorities in the right place and was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. The legacy he leaves behind will not be having assembled a wonderful car collection, but of living his life by putting others before himself. RIP Rudy and my deepest condolences to his family.

Terrible loss. Rest In Peace. This place was better with him around.

This really hurts to hear. RIP Rudy. Every PM I had with him, he was very nice and always offered to help me.
I can tell Rudy was a very genuine and all around great person, just from the small
interactions we had. Big prayers go out to his family. We will miss you Rudy. Very much
