Reverse mounted on your visor. Buy the smallest remote you can find.
Spray paint the clip with satin black or flat black paint.
Disappears against the visor (assuming you have black interior).

Mine is completely hidden inside the fuse panel and operated by the useless (IMO) windshield washer stalk on the steering column. Works great.

I used a Targa Sunshade button in place of a blank in the bottom center console. I took an OE wire-harness connection and made a pigtail to my remote. It all fits under the console and looks factory IMO. Also easy to access and unplug if my garage remote needs to be changed.

I have a mini Liftmaster remote on my key ring. Always handy, plus I can open the door walking to the garage if I forget before leaving the house.

Purchased a Homelink off of eBay and wired it into switched power so it only works when the key is in the ignition. Then I mounted it into the ash tray so it's hidden.
