Default 1995 Midnight Blue Coupe for sale

Posting a for sale that never thought would happen, but think it is time.
As others have said I will regret it, I am hoping not. I have enjoyed the years, time for a change.

1995 993 Midnight blue exterior and interior, with 113,000 miles.

Purchased 11/2010 with 50,886 miles, from the P.O in Orlando, where the car is currently located.

Updates / Maintenance

“Golden Rod” shift rod, eliminated rubber

Steering rack mount bushing

Front A arm bushings

Suspension rebuild using Koni special active shocks, ROW MO33 2019

Solid motor mounts

AC evap replacement.

New starter

Magnesium motor fan delaminating, replaced

Needed:

Rear rotors

Close to new clutch replacement time

Chain covers slight leak

Not perfect paint, but looks good.

Wheels need touchup paint.

I have a mid rise lift if you want to inspect the underneath

$55,000 as asking price, open to offers above.

Rainy days in Florida, will be posting pictures as soon as I can get some good ones taken

I don't want to take a good deal away from someone but you might be underpricing this car.

After a few messages off line, this may be way underpriced.
Adjusted price, and will discuss pricing with interested parties.
Asking price is $55,000, make offer.

You would likely get a good deal more for it on bringatrailer.com. My recent experience was excellent all around.

Even with the price adjustment this is a great price for a manual 993, but some recent photos would go a long way. GLWS

Someone is going to steal this car at that price, even after adjustment.

If you just search '993' on BringATrailer you can get some comps on value... unless you want to stay stuck in 2019 pricing.

The chart are all BaT and PCAR Market sales since 6/21, commission included. $55K looks like a super deal.

I sent a PM this morning and haven't heard anything. I suspect he is inundated with interest. (My profile says CA but I'm in NC and have family near Orlando so this isn't attracting crazy cross-country interest, although maybe it actually is, LOL)

Time for a few photos after work, and more information after the photos.
In garage, cover removed:

Outside

Interior

Only a few flaws, I feel, that keep it form being a 10, with the understanding this is a car that is appreciated and driven.

1.) The PO for some reason, had the bumper and rear quarter repainted. When it was done, they did not remove the stone guards.
There is a line where the clear stopped. When I installed new stone guards, I cleaned it up, but still visible. Might be seen in the last photo.
2.) Not shown is new tail lights, old were faded. The bad is the center section looks bad and will need replacing to look great.

The Good I have not mentioned, one of the previous owners (I think there were 2):
1.) Installed rsr mufflers, sounds great
2.) Installed motor sound airbox, I have the original
3.) Modified ECU chip, have original
4.) Upgraded speakers and radio, I do not have the original, but sounds great.

For those who have contacted me via message, I will be responding soon.
It appears I may really be out of touch on the price I should be asking.
After the flaws listed above, what do you think> feel free to message me.

For those who have provided so much great feedback in messages, I give you a heartfelt thanks.
This process is difficult- pricing properly and the selling emotion are a challenge.
12 years, the longest I have owned a car!

From the description, and without any apparent negative, looks like mid-70 993.

Seats look to be in better shape than the mileage would suggest. Good luck with your sale. I like the blue on blue.
