New Headlights?

I do not understand why anyone would want the modern LED (on any car) - it's too bright, so your night vision is ruined, you have no peripheral vision, and oncoming cars, especially low sports cars such as the 993, are blinded. It's become an arms race; who can melt the world as they thunder by.

It would be worthwhile chasing your bad connection. The projectors really are an excellent combination with Tore's HIDs.

Been running Morimotos for over 10 years now. Get the power relays and connect them straight to the battery if the ballasts flicker. Easy fix. You might want to check your alternator voltage otherwise.
The new Morimotos can't handle 55w ballasts anymore. What a shame. I can blind the suv's out of the sky if I wanted to. 55w with the splitter open plus 55w high beam burners make led's look outdated and turn night into day.

I have factory litronics. Works for me. Teslas appear to be the worst offenders in how their lights are angled or something. They blind me constantly, independent of which car I'm driving.

I run with Flat6 in my 964. What a great improvement over the stock headlights. I actually enjoy driving the car at night. Flat6 offers a more modern lens, as well as the original fluted style that the 964 comes with. So in the 964 at least they can retain the classic look. It’s a plug and play solution.
Agree with others, however, that Bergvill FX is the better solution for the 993. Very cost effective, and the lighting is also very good at night.
