Default Our 993 build

Just picked up a one owner 1995 Coupe. Midnight Blue, gray/blue interior. Car is very well sorted (have all the paperwork, history, records/etc) (engine has been rebuilt, new clutch, suspendion/etc) and a time capsule! Very excited about repairing a few minor things/performing a few modifications and enjoying it!

Needs: alternator, new cooling fan, front drivers seat bushings, and both front seats need to be reskinned/new foam, new steering wheel and shifter ****.
Mods: New wheels, going to lower it a liitle bit, aftermarket exhaust, and a factory RS body kit/front splitter/side skirts/rear wing. I may also remove the bumperettes and fill those areas. Upgrade the steering wheel, shifter, e-brake handle and a few other things-phone mount, etc.

Some pics!

Paint before was full of defects/swirls/scratches/hazy paint/etc:

After correction:

Interior cleaned up nicely!

Paint afterwards came out super glossy!

B&B exhaust:

After I cleaned it up/polished it a bit:

I am super excited to work on this and get it where I want it to be over the next few months. I will keep this thread updated with additional repairs/mods/pictures.

Thanks for looking!

Great job on the paint! Love the 2-tone interior but that steering wheel and seats have seen better days. Have fun sorting things out and of course putting some miles on.

Agreed!

Curious how much a paint correction runs these days…

A few more parts have come in and I'm adding them to the pile/list of things to do!

Center caps are really cool. 3D look to them!

Congrats! I’m so happy you’re adding center caps.I feel things just look unfinished without them.

Those wheels will look fantastic with the Midnight Blue paint. Nice choice.

Updates:

Tires are mounted and balanced. Had to replace the cooling fan, alternator and a few other pieces. Rennline mechanical engine cover struts as the factory pieces failed. Factory Porsche RS body kit just arrived today! Super excited about this, can't wait to fit it, and then I'll paint it.
After that I need to install my sport springs, set my ride height (lower it a tad more) and get my alignment dialed in, install my exhaust, recover front seats, and put some miles on it!

Stay tuned!
