Toque Specs for trans man/tip
Hi guys
Having difficulty finding the toque specs for the following.
Can anyone help?
15 - big bush support bracket to tip transmission - 4 bolts - 34 ft-lb
9/10 - large bolt for big bush - 63 ft-lb
11 - lollipop bracket to transmission - ??? ft-lb
6 - end bolt for lollipop bracket - ??? ft-lb
13 - transmission carrier to chassis (6 bolts) - 34 ft=lb

Still running the tipper
11) it should be the longitudinal carrier to transmission bolt, M12x1.5x65 (900 082 34 09)
needs 85Nm ...; no idea about ft..lbs ...
6) it should be the longitudinal carrier to transmission support (lock nut VM 10; 900 910 031 09)
needs 30 Nm ... ; no idea .....
11) it should be the longitudinal carrier to transmission bolt, M12x1.5x65 (900 082 34 09)

Thank you Mr Holger - much appreciated.
Longitudinal carrier it is - but this thing has a few names.
PET calls it "bracket".
Workshop manual calls it "side member" (I can see this as the tq figures you gave me match the workshop manual).
Pelican call it "transmission carrier mount".
Design911 call it "gearbox bracket".
Everyone knows which part it is when I say lollipop bracket.

your absolute right ...
when you said lolipop i knew what you mean without picture ...
Problem with the pet is that it partial really simplifies
Good think is that they described it pretty decisive, as my little data book has no sketches, so i could still find it
