In my business experience, that phrase is indicative of poorly run operations that won't be fixed. Again my experience.

The individual who created that account demanded $25,000 to remove the page, our legal team has been in contact with the individual numerous times and the price is always a moving target. As such, we refuse his attempts of extortion.
He has been convicted of Fraud and Extortion on numerous other occasions. There are even NY Time articles written about his antics.

Multiple deals with Fabspeed here. Not one hiccup. Very helpful via the site’s instant messaging. I have had excellent packing and shipping experience.
like all businesses, some have good experiences and some do not. Luck of the draw sometimes. I have no relationship to them whatsoever, just thought that since I have only had good results, and the OP asked, I would post it here.
