Default New stone guards

Removed the old, perhaps and probably original stone guards two weeks ago. Put the new ones on last weekend. Went with black. I like it.

Should every one do this? Do it now to preserve paint even if yours look fine on a previous owner car? Gunar

Looks great on a black car. Glad you didn't pull up any paint removing the old ones.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I hate the way black guards draw your eye to them.

Nice work!! Cost and source? I use Clearmask for mine - Suntek precut 993 front of fender PPF $24 kit…easy to replace once originals are gone…..replacements usually peel off with one good pull…..and heat….have replaced mine 2x since OEM taken off 15 years ago.....really look invisible....I clean the edges with rubbing alcohol after washing the car.....

There are magnetic ones available at MagnaFins.com. I have a set on my cab and love them.

I purchased from Prestige Parts on eBay. They were about $60 USD if I remember the conversion correctly. I hadn't seen a black one with black guards so I went with it. I think they accentuate the curves.
