Default Anyone have Lloyd mats with Logo?

Looking for a set of all black mats with the PORSCHE logo in red. Found a couple places online then they cancelled my orders because they cannot get embroidered anymore or they ran out of the stock pile they had.

I don't have the spec you seek but I stocked up in advance of them losing the license.

Believe he is looking for Lloyd's mats in Black with red lettering. Porsche only ever made them in single color, not with contrast lettering. Porsche classic sells those (example Black w/ black lettering, Blue w/ Blue lettering, Green w/ Green lettering, etc).

I have a set of these Lloyds mats you're after but a few things...

1) The red lettering on the driver's side is a bit dirty (never tried to clean them)
2) One of the rear mats has a small burn hole in it because the previous owner apparently smoked a cigar in there while driving and even though I specifically asked him if he ever smoked in the car before I bought it and he assured me he "never did" and it was "just for a photo" (I had seen photos of him with a cigar outside the car), surprise, surprise.

Anyway, if these aren't a deterrent, I can grab some photos this weekend (they're at my storage unit).

I ordered some the other day from ProPartsUSA. Received confirmation from them, but item hasn’t shipped yet. Fingers crossed that they come through and I get what I ordered.

I could have sworn the black mats with red Porsche lettering were the stock as delivered mats

Lloyd's sells the exact mats, but without the Porsche logo.

Not entirely true. They were licensed for years to produce them. They then expanded their products outside that license with similar offerings. Porsche debated this. Part was granted, part was denied.

This was not a clear cut case of cease and desist.

I thought the same thing but it looks like only solid colors (color matched lettering) were available from the factory. Lloyd's mats became so prevalent in 993s that they seemed like factory. I think the majority of people decided to get the black with red lettering to replace their worn out black with black lettering ones.

Correct. My 993 had black mats with red lettering from the factory. Also, the Porsche dealer installed black mats with red lettering in my 964 when I purchased it from them in 1998. Maybe those were Lloyd’s but I doubt it I just changed my 993 mats to Lloyd’s no lettering.

1997 993 factory mats. Removed 3 months ago *Not for sale*

Another consideration is the method of securing the mats as well as availability of colors.

Lloyd's are secured through a pre drilled hole and attach to the factory stud on the floor with a threaded plastic cap. The mats purchased from Porsche attach to the seat rails.
Lloyd's Mats are available in cashmere. Porsche mats are not available in cashmere.
Lloyd's has a better selection of colors, although no Porsche logo.
Porsche has a limited selection of colors, provides the Porsche logo, without color contrasting logos.
As I had written in my earlier post, Lloyd's Mats are the exact mats previously sold , less the Porsche logo.
All of these factors are to be considered when selecting Lloyd's vs Porsche mats.

Disclosure: I have no affiliation with Lloyd's or Porsche. 😊

Interesting read, with my not-unexpected conclusion that Porsche is an *******.
