Hi all,

I lurk rather than post in this forum but I am seriously entertaining switching from a 7.1 GT3 to a 993. Reasons are that I want something that I can take both kids in (7 and 5) and, after driving my friends 993 I am very enamored.

Six months ago I swapped my 997.2 6 speed for my neighbors early '95 993. The 997 is a wonderful ,fast and bulletproof car. The 993 is a true 911. Way more fun and still modern enough. Nothing sounds and feels like an air cooled 911.
