PSS9 Question
I have a quick question for those of you have installed PSS9s. On the fronts, did you remove the blue plastic cover from the adjustment ****? With the cover in place I can't get a good feel for the detents at each setting. Leaving it on might keep the **** cleaner, but it would also make it more difficult to adjust.

I left the blue covers on. No need to remove to adjust the fronts. The detents are vague hence I adjust by percentage of turn from full soft to full stiff. In fact, easier to turn **** with covers on as the cover provides a better grip.

I leave mine off and have had no problems to date (8 months). For me, the problem was after you get the **** set, it's very difficult to get that blue cover back on w/o disturbing the setting you just made. I played with it before they were installed and many times I would pull the cover back off and see the setting was different from what I had dialed.
I'm sure others will have differing opinions.

Seems like the consensus is to leave them off. OK, there are only four responses, but that's good enough for me!
I left them off after adjusting the setting on saturday. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't messing anything up.

I leave mine on, with the assumption that Bilstein put them there for a reason. And since I only use 2 settings (full stiff or nearly full soft), being certain of the detents isn't much of an issue.

I left mine on too, and do as others do. I just use near full stiff, and half stiff. You could probably mark them on the blue cap with an indellible marker, and they would be easier to see anyway.
