O/T: Party in honor of ViperBob?
Hi,
This is for all Bay Area or all Californian Rennlisters who enjoyed the company of our esteemed ViperBob.
As some may know, Bob is heading to Florida in mid September. I, for one, would love to give him a fond send-off so he would remember the fun times here when he sweats away in Gatorland. I have cleared with him for a send-off on Saturday September 10, 2005.
My current plan, as I have no other co-conspiritors (yet), is to have a nice dinner with Bob. However, if more Rennlisters are interested, we can modify the plan depending on how many wants to join. Here are some venues possible.
(1) If just a few more (below 10), we can go to a restaurant.
(2) If below 20, I can host a BBQ at my house, like last time.
(3) If more are clamoring to give Bob a group-hug, we can switch to a BBC/picnic at a local park or state beach. We need a lot of parking for our rides then.
So if you like the idea of a mondo VB party and Porsche photo-op, please add to the following list below. We can then decide what kind of party, where and what time of day.

Wow. I am touched. What else can I say? I look forward to this as a way to say I will see you all again soon as there is never a good bye.
George, we have to post more pics of your car. It looks HOT. I have other folks stopping by and my mechanics even saying how great it looks. Bring your digital camera when you come by to pick it up. Maybe a frame or two can even make it into the next Pixar movie....
