Et61. Running 295 to be safe. No spacers, slightly rolled 10:00 to 2:00 on rears - I didn't try it before rolling, but looks like it would have fit. I purchased the set used, and previous owner said had no issues on his '96 nb on H&R springs.

Default Black Cup IIs?

Has anyone painted (or powder-coated) their Cup IIs? I love the shape and classic look they give, but on a Guards Red car, they'd look pretty good, I think. (Guess my imagination isn't good enough to envision it!)....

Here are officially-Porsche-licensed Tramont Cups (RS Wheels) on my Aventurine Green 993 - Narrow Body.

I'm over the moon with the amount of lip on the rear wheels! This is slightly different from the Speedline RS wheels where the lips front/rear are about the same (i.e. not much lip).

I've never seen so much lip on a NB car, and I'm quite pleased with the look - my personal preference is for the svelte lines of the narrow body car and I never thought I'd be able to get so much dish on a NB car.

The wheels on Front - 18x8.5 ET+52 and Rear = 18x10 ET+58.
The tires on Front - 225/40/18 and Rear 265/35/18.

Hi rayng & Opo ---

I wanted to make sure I go off the road bass-ackwards so I fit 225s to the rear. Just kidding --- Those are 265s in the rear .... (Bridgestone Potenza S04s.)

They look great. How are the 225's on the 8.5" wheel? Do they appear stretched or do they look OK. I am planning on picking up some 8.5" speedlines and Jim D. said that he recommends 235's for 8.5". I already have a set of very low mile 225's I would prefer to use instead of buying a new set.

I have 8.5 on my 18" cup II's with 225's and they look good .
It doesn't make sense to buy tires if yours are stil in good shape

Pirahna --- the front set @ 8.5" wide and 225 tires don't look stretched at all. I've attached a picture of the front non-stretch as well as a picture of the rear tires --- which arguably look a little more stretched (10" and 265s) than the front.

BTW --- given how painless it was for me to procure a set of Tramont cups, you really have no excuse to be gun-shy about it (hopefully I've neutralized magdaddy and Dick in TN's experiences!!)...

Happy to meet 1/2 between santa cruz and san francisco to convince you :-)

Thanks, the 225's do look good and the Tramont's look awesome. I think I am finally going to pull the trigger on a custom built set of Techart Daytona's built by Jim Dorociak after a year of looking for a used set. They are almost exactly the same price as the Tramonts once you include shipping but the Tramonts are very tempting.
