climate control: temp sensor affected by dash light intensity?
Dear all,
It seems to me that my temperature sensor is affected by dash light intensity (and therefore temperature of the climate control unit housing)?
Basically, the temp management works fine when the headlights are off, but when they are on, the temp management is affected, basically, I have to increase the temperature to get the same heat as with the headlight off. Moreover this problem is almost erased by turning the intensity of the dash to the lowest.
One of my friends just bought a 993 that had its dash at lowest light as well when he got, so we figured it must be that.
Is it possible to fix it and how?
Thanks,
Pierre
