Default Special SBBC and Pic-Nic Saturday, March 11th!!!

OK folks,

It's time to SBBC again and even though first Sat is this weekend, we though we'll do a Special SBBC and Pic-Nic weekend after that since PCA is having their annual pic-nic at Tradewinds Park Saturday, March 11th!!!

Plan is as follows:

Meet at Ham & Eggery on 167th St, in Miami 8.30.
After everyone has arrived, have breakfast there (it's a "porkfat rules" type of place so don't eat too much the night before...
After we're finished and can start moving again, we'll drive up to Tradewinds Park, line up our Porsches and anjoy the pic-nic and big number of Porsche & Porsche people the pic-nic draws!

So, get your coolers & pic-nic stuff ready, and if you like to show your car, clean it up, I'm sure they'll have some kind of "arrive & show" type of thing going on. And this is a good time to get better half with you.

I know for sure at least me and Marcelo are coming (and we'll might have a little surpise too), Rico also is coming, who else?

I'll be there in both counts...fatty breakfast and light picnic...

Just a reminder as far as the PCA picnic...you should take a picnic friendly dish to share with your fellow enthusiast!

PS. Is Rico's 1972 beast ready????

Ok so How bout the Miami drivers meeting at the Shell Station ( which has Gas, Krispy Kreme, and Coffee) at Biscayne Blvd and NE 36 Street at 8:45... We can meet, gas up, fill up on sugar and caffine and head to Dunkin Donuts at 595 and meet the boys from Broward by 9:15 and go to the Picnik!!!

Richard,

There's coffee (and Krispy Kremem) right next to Ham & Eggery.
We originally thought of meeting there so if no one likes to have bog breakfast I'mm all for just going to Krispy Kreme.

I think it's best oif we all meet at 167th St (whether it's KK or H&E is all same to me) since that is north of all south guys and not too far for Norrh guys (who then have short way home from Pic-Nic.

What do you think?

I'll have to agree with Flying as 167th St. is North from most of us...I'm at 91st St.!

Well...it's not a big deal...I'd be happy to drive South but the 167th St. makes more sense...

Who else is coming?

Richard,

We want to keep it little more nortrh so guys coming from north don't have to drive so far down south.

In any case, we need to decide what do we want as far as what do we eat? Breakfast or just coffee & donuts?

In any case, we can still keep it @ KK or H&E, they're also very close to I-95, it won't take more than couple of minutes to get to the I-95 (or Turnpike which is better way to the Pic-Nic).

I have no strong vote but I prefer KK (better donuts ) or H&E.

I'm in for real breakfast (and we know Rico always is! ) but no big deal if we just go for coffee & donuts.

If there's more than three who wants H&E, we'll go there since even if someone doesn't want eggs & stuff, they can still get just coffee & some dough there.

Does anybody know whether or not the PCA picnic is for PCA members only ? I have a friend that might want to join us but he's not a PCA member...if I'm not mistaken, the annual picnic is open for non members as well...

MJ,
You got it! I'll bring the bar-b-q sauce for the ham.

Richard,
We already have a few people caravaing to Sebring.
We are meeting at Indian trace and 595 at 6AM.
If you want to join us let me know and I'll give you
more details.

Pedro,
You dont need to be a member of PCA to go
to the picnic. It states this on the Flyer I received.
