Yeah, I remember those old days. Right when I get home after work I would login to the p-car.com chat room. And there were the guys, we chatted about everything under the sun, it was definitely fun times to be remembered.

Whoever heard of a "crotchety young man"?
It is fun, though. Next thing you know, V-8 George will show up with his V-8 Cayman.
Jean. I'm not sure if they are related or not. I recall Jim Bob explaining once that his sister was his mother and his cousin, and I got very "cornfused". Is Jumpback Armenian?

I remember once Viken gave me guidance on which kitchen appliances to put in my new house. If I recall he liked the Thermador oven better than the Viking.... Said it was lighter and easier on the brakes or something of that sort. Man of many talents.
Happy b-day Viken.
By the way Ray can you make an appearance and "yell" at me? Then it would relly feel like the old days. Red Forman from that 70's show is how I imagine ray would look/be...

Who is Fill?
Viken is a very knowledgeable guy...last I heard he bought as 996 GT3 car. I believe he also has a Ferrari. He is in the high end kitchen design business in LA.
Turnover...it happens. We have had some very knowledgeable folks drop off.....and fortunately we have also picked up some very knowledgeable folks too.
And we have also maintained some very insightful Porsche Pushers over the years...Chris Cervelli, Steve Weiner, Viper Bob, John Gordon Sr., Ed Victoria, Kim from Kauai, Chris Walrod, Ray Calvo, Fill McGrath to name a few.
The Rennlist spirit of mutual assistance and generosity has remained constant in my humble opinion. In Chris Walrod’s words, “Is this a great place, or what?”

This wasn't about change. This was about saluting someone who helped hundreds of us. Maybe thousands of us.
And having a little fun.
I agree with Chris. This is a great place. Mainly because of the people I've gotten to know.
