My DD is the 4 door Sport version of this little critter.
The Sport version has lowered suspension, heavier springs and gas shocks, leather interior and all comfort options. 130 HP turbo diesel with near 300 ft/lbs torque, it will run to 60 in a bit over 8 seconds while giving over 40 mpg/US gallon.... at 90 mph!!
Mijn vrouw has a MB E series Station Wagon as her DD.

Here's my bad weather daily beater. Right now, there is so much salt, slush and sand on the roads I can't imagine taking my 993 out for at least another month.
