Default First "mod"..new shoes

I thought about what rims to get for a long time, but decided to go with "plain" 18" turbo-twists. New tires, Michelin Pilot Sport 265 & 225.
Feels great. Was a bit difficult to find narrow body offsets locally but It finally worked out. I am very happy with the setup!

Next in line will be RSR:s and maybe suspension...

Very nice - I too prefer the "classic" look of the OEM wheels. What's next?

very nice! ....I notice you do not have a sunroof. It's a clean look. I don't think i've ever seen a 993 over here without a sunroof.

These cars present well in Red -- great looking car, and good choice of wheels!

Thanks guys, it really is a difference from my old 17" originals, but they weren't in great shape either. Nice to have a little bit more rubber on the track as well even if they are heavier than my old.

and maybe suspension...
Daniel,

I think you'll find that most around here would recommend this ASAP. It really changes the car for the better. You will not regret it.

Dave
p.s. your wheels and shoes look great btw....

From what I understand, sunroofless coupes are very few and far between.

Nice car!

That's interesting. Haven't given it much thought, but one thing which is good is the extra interior space at the roof.

I am 191 centimeters so with the helmet on it's a close call. With the sunroof I guess it would have been very uncomfortable if possible at all with the helmet on.
