Default disconnecting motor to rear spoiler

I am replacing the factory rear spoiler with the Turbo S spoiler on my 993C2S.

What do I do with the wires that were originally connected to the rear spoiler for the motor (and I think the fan) to avoid a check engine light?

Help...

I can't give a precise answer, but its my understanding that you need to remove the spoiler control module located below the dash on the pax side of the car. That will satisfy the computer.
As far as the wiring is concerned, it stays intact, you just tie it off.

Don't worry about the wires on the engine lid. Just reach down and disconnect the spoiler module under the dash and you're done. A 4-second job. It's really that easy.

definately remove spoiler control module to eliminate the dash idiot light, but the little exclamation point will still light up. No big deal, imho
