I was thinking about putting them on the Cab. I like the car, but white and tan is not as sporty as maybe darker color. I thought a set of 3piece wheels would help it look more agressive. I looked for a while at other wheels and thought OEM would be the best choice. I had a set of these speedlines on my last 993 cab, I didn't think about the offsets until I bought the wheels, and now I realized I will need spacer for the rear. Bummer , but I think they will look good anyway. I am keeping the original wheels, just in case I sell it one day.
holy shiit.... that is amazing.... when i first saw the thread, i thought here we go.... some other newbie type asking question about some ebay fabricated porsche.... i didnt know that they even made widebody cabs!!!!!! what a find.... awesome

I agree about the newbie question. I would have missed this entirely, but in 1997, our local Porsche Club had a dinner and the President of PCNA was there. I had a chance to talk with him and I asked about a 993tt cab and why they never made one. He admited there was interest, but didn't see the need. You can imagine my surprise when I saw Beverly Hills Porsche selling one. I would have bought one then, but they sold as qucikly as they came into the dealership, at a premium no doubt. I almost pulled the trigger on a 964 America Roadster, and found this car. I traced it back to the original ones sold at Beverly Hills and contacted Adrain Streather about it. The fact all added up and now its in my garage. It is a really nice car and it looks (in my opinion) incredible.

Do you know offhand what the widths and offsets are? Congrats again on the car...white cabs look good, and wide body ones even better!
