Arrwin

1. an MBA is purely for networking purposes, remember it is who you know and not what you know
2. an MBA will not guarantee a better career, but it never hurts to have one.

Remember, a NYU MBA costs about the same as a 993 tt, so you better make sure you make the most of it. Is your company paying for it?

No MBA but doing 'professional study' in chartered accounting to gain a professional qualification for international recognition. As a corporate finance professional, accounting numbers drive any transaction.

LOL, what a funny discussion.

MBA from Santa Clara University, 2001. BS from UC Davis in Physics and I do strategic product line marketing for a semiconductor company. Nice combo to have a BS and an MBA bty...

Bty, how many have MBA's v.s Exectutive MBA's?

Hey Terry,

If I recall correctly, Santa Clara received that award only because Dartmouth wasn't included in the survery. Playboy didn't think it was fair for pros to compete against amateurs.

Hey, this isn't the PCA, there's no ownership requirement.
I became a member long before I found my car.

Besides, I sense you will get better job leads and more respect. Your friends on the MB board will look at you in a whole new way. Beautiful women will notice the "Rennlist" sticker on your leather portfolio and ask if they can buy you a drink. All of this is true.
