Default Viper Bob - Not very responsive

Anyone know the magic way to contact him. I spent $3400 and not all the parts came. My car is on the rack and thank heavens for C. Walrod, as I can not get support elsewhere. I have left over 15 (no exageration) messages into his cell. As of right now I think that I will send the entire package back to him and fight the charges with Amex. It kills me to even think this way as I have known Bob as a reliable, great guy for years. I am extremely distraught. Please give me a reason to calm down. Thanks for the space to vent.

Sorry I don't have anything to add, just wanted to comment that I didn't know you were on here! Change that signature if your cab is truly gone because I'm going to post something about why today was P-E-R-F-E-C-T up here for having such a car.

I emailed him a week ago and haven't heard back. Do you think it's possible the man took a vacation or something? I would think that would be OK. Did you try just calling the shop instead of his cell?

I was over at his shop a short while ago and he really has his hands full with the new business and the new (to him) employees and such.
I found the best way to get him is call the shop. Heres the new website and contact info.

+1 on what Mark said. I spoke with him yesterday and he's got alot on his plate. I am sure he will address your concerns as soon as it is possible for him to do so.

Thanks for the numbers. I had his cell phone number, not the shop number. I called the shop and spoke with an employee. No call back yet but I'm sure I will get a call back .... sometime. I have been trying to reach him for a long time...

Anyone that's been in business for even a short while knows that, on rare occasion, there is a situation where the customer isn't immediately satisfied. As you've acknowledged, Bob's reputation on RL is pretty darn great, so with all due respect, frantically calling his cell every few minutes then headlining a thread publicly calling Bob "not very responsive" might be throwing him under the bus a just a little. Also, being "extremely distraught" is something that someone might be if they watched a loved one slowly die from cancer, but not something most would consider being if their car was on a lift for a couple of days.

You are truly blessed if, as you've indicated, this event is among the worst things that have ever happened to you. May you continue to be so fortunate.
