Here is my cassette holder replacement. Leather wrapped cup holder. One of the best upgrades I've added.

Had the console cup but just ordered the rubber mat, which really classes it up. Thanks for the heads-up guys!

Default Part number listings...

Package from Jeff at Sunset arrived tonight (my wife always gets that look when another package from Jeff arrives)....

Console Cup:
964-552-159-00-1DB ($26.50)...$19.10

Rubber Mat:
993-552-091-00 ($7.82)...$5.96

Screw 3.5:
N-013-958-14 ($0.19)...$0.12 (ordered 2)

Speed Nut:
999-591-349-02 ($0.38)...$0.23 (ordered 2)

$25.76 + shipping

Took longer to type this than remove the cassette holder and install the console cup.
Looks fantastic.

Just got my order from Suncoast Porsche and it included EVERYTHING, including the speed nuts and screws for just under $40 shipped. It was ridiculously easy and it took longer to take the parts out of the packaging than it did to install it. It is a non-stock item at Suncoast so it took an extra few days to source it, but I now have a nice storage tray for my bluetooth earpiece, lighter, and some spare change in place of the useless cassette holder.

As soon as I saw this thread a few years back I ordered the parts, and once they arrived installed them right away. This one really is a no brainer--it takes something you don't use, a cassette holder, and make it into something you use all the time, storage.
