Default I Cannot Get Enough O This Ring Video: 7:26:04 WoW
Hi Folks,

I ran a search and I did not find this one posted here before.

It is the ZR1 around the Ring in 7 minutes 26.04 seconds.

But what I like most abut this video are:
(1) It has a map of the circuit, and with a red dot, it shows where this car is on the track at all times.
(2) It shows the car speed on the top left. It is just amazing how the ZR1 accelerates and decelerates. Absolutely brilliant.
My jaws dropped (almost at every turn) when I see the cornering speed around some of these corners.
(3) The camera angle is superb and I can study his lines, apex, unwind technique, etc.

The only thing that will make this video perfect is that they have a helicopter overhead so we can really see the slipping and sliding around the bends.

I know, it's still a Chevy, but please enjoy the video for what it is.

By comparison, here is the GT2 lapping the same circuit at 7:32 or so. But he had to dodge traffic on this drive, don't know of it costed him a second or not.

The GT2 driver seemed smoother to me and he was dodging traffic . . . but maybe I am a bit biased !

Actually, ALL ZR1 related videos are gone from Youtube. Is the evil hand of GM at work? It would be silly as it is positive PR for their car. Weird.

Hey Pong, have you seen Forza 2 on the XBOX 360? The Nordschleife looks great from the driver's seat, on my 52" display!
