I'll take your sloppy seconds then.

Actually, NYC, I've been shopping around. PM what you're looking for, as I've been passing on the super low mile examples and want a certain set of options and mods on the ones I'm shopping.

I had a door ding that the the dent guy couldn't get out (due to it being on curve of front wheel arch) so I had it fixed properly at the IRA Porsche Body Shop under Alfie's supervision. Paid through the bloddy nose for it too. How bad is this considered in the scheme of things? This was caused by my wife (now ex-wife) in our driveway.

DC - Depends on the buyer. If a collector is looking at your car, that may kill it for him. For me, if you have pics before and after, receipts, and it was done right (most importantly), it wouldn't dissuade me.

So, are you selling?

My car has too many miles for a collector - I am at 19K. I didn't take pics, I thought it was too small to worry about but I did get a letter from Alfie, (Rennlist sponsor) detailing the ding and the work done and I have all receipts. I said that money was no object (they got this part covered) and I wanted it perfect (they got this part right too).

No plans to sell....unless someone made me an offer I could not refuse. I bought the car in 2001 from the original owner (PCA President Tom Bobbit) and it has been garaged and maintained properly since.

I would suggest Ray at RPMSportcars.com or perhaps Richard at Sloancars.com

Both tend to have examples that should meet your requirments (at a corresponding price of course)
