Mike-- Very cool website. Didn't know about this company -- thanks for the tip. I dug around for a while, but only found photos of 15-17" wheels. Their brand of wheels seem to be more flattened / 2-dimensional than the pronounced, round edges of Fuchs spokes, but still very cool.
I found mention of optional 18"/19" PS classic style wheels for at least 2 of their 911s. No easily-found pix, so I used the contact form to request more info. Hopefully I'll hear from them soon.
In the meantime, if you can post up photos of 18s or larger, please do. Again: appreciate the link & info.

As to the wheels, I REALLY like them. I liked them a couple of years back when I first saw them and I still love them. I think the "flattening out" updates them just enough. Very cool and if I had the money, I'd ditch my MY02s and be all over them. So different, but also so classic. Please let us all know what you hear from them.

Regarding updated 18" Fuchs, I received a negative response from the company I've been corresponding with since Aug '08. They completed a prototype ~Mar '08, but they're still not ready for production.
Hmmm... what if they can make 3 more prompt protoypes???
I'll soon PM a fellow RLer who started a couple threads about even larger Fuchs > a year ago. Maybe he can help with this last-minute pre-Monterey effort. As David wrote, IMHO, it may be a prime marketing opportunity for a company with modern 18" Fuchs (without visible bolts on lip).
Mike-- No response from PS yet.

I am really, really hoping these happen...I would have to buy an '89 or 964 Speedster just so I have a car to but these wheels on! I was so bummed when Kinesis didn't follow through on their RSII wheels and these Fuchs are one of the few interesting wheels I've seen since.
By the way, did you take a look at my suggestion regarding Techart Formulas? With the right masking and painting, the Techart looks like modern day Fuchs as the spoke shape is similar. Think 19x11 rears or maybe even 20x11" although 20" may be over the top

Update: shot down by 2 companies today; both are working toward production of faithful 18" Fuchs, but can't accomplish by next month. I just e-mailed 2more that have potential.
David-- I'm all about visual aids. Thanks for taking the time to post the above picture; helps tie in their resemblance to Fuchs. My current pursuit focuses on those that are more directly related to a classic OEM style, but proportionally larger.
Now daydreaming that visible bolts would be acceptable.
At this point, I'm hoping to score with something more like the original Fuchs lip. Please wish me luck!

Update: I heard from another otherwise promising company today, that said they can't do it. Thanks to a fellow RLer who overtly tried to help me with 2 companies -- really appreciate helpful leads & contacts/ networking efforts.
For those favoring my current factory hollow-spokes, they're looking more likely to stay with each passing day. That's nothing I can complain about.
Group911@aol.com-- I'm in! Sounds great; I hope to hear from Jim soon. You've given my dying Monterey Fuchs dream another breath.

Jeff's already told me 18"s won't happen before Monterey.
Magic Moffat kindly offered to go direct. Can't hurt to ask, but it looks like a closed case for now. I really appreciate the group effort here.
