Don't know if this helps or not, but here are pictures of my Arena Red C4S riding on stock twists, CCW C10's in silver anodized, and the new OZ Alleggerita in Matte Graphite Silver (think anthracite without the gloss).

Personally, I'm not a bling artist so I actually still prefer the stock twists over any of them and that's what I use on the street. Having said that, I really like the aggressive look of the dark gray OZ's for track use, plus it cuts down on visible cone rash.

If anyone has pics of factory painted hollow spokes please post.

Not a fan of dark colors on rims, except maybe to color match, since the Arena Red is already a darker color, sorry, the grays and blacks look unclean to me. While your current turbo-twists are a great looking rim and are also what came with my current car they are fairly common. On my previous 993, an Arena Red S just like yours, I went with the next generation C4S/Turbo style twist in stock silver and thought they combined very well. Similar style but more updated.

I was trying to think of a way to mimic the look on Photoshop. However, you wouldn't get the exact look, especially on that BMW Gun Metal since it isn't a solid color.
Real-life photos that may help. Posted by Russ, TurboLaal, today on the 993 Turbo Forum's "Before and after..." thread:

I like the Black but not all Blacked out. You need something to show depth in the lip.... The turbo twist is hard because it doesn't have a step on the lip.

IMHO, it doesn't get any better than Scott's Arena Red art work ^^

Accessories that form an entirely drool-worthy gem

Scott-- Had a blast meeting you & your fam. One thing missing! ...gotta meet 'Cahrera' in person next time!

Thanks JAG! It was great to meet you and see your awesome Speedster. It's Definitely 1 of a kind.

Love how to we think a like as far as creativity. We're just tryin to make our cars look like they came from Factory this way.

When Porsche came out with the new 911 Sport Classic I think they got idea from this forum

Thanks a TON for the pictures! All beautiful cars and they really help!!!

Seeing them all now has me leaning towards the color to match. I noted in the twist with blue paint the paint stopped on the twist, while the "stock" photos it looks like it stops on the line around the twists (something that I figured would be a good place to stop too). I am highly considering this with the polished (not chrome) lip!

That black stock photo with the color to match rims is the one that is pushing me in that direction, never been too big a fan of Guards Red, but that is just me. I am imagining my car to be in between the two which I think would be cool. Thanks curve lover.

Man...wife doesn't like the idea...though she said it is my choice. WAF is important in my household, just for the piece of mind. :-)

I think you should come clean and tell her the truth...that you've fallen in love with someone else...a red head with aircooled heads and an engine pulled from Moby Dick...and that she's a car.

Continuing the paint to the inner rim makes sense, plus it's an OEM look.
Thrilled those shots helped -- I'm definitely a visual dude; main reason I luv the 993 ... her curves, etc. BTW, those are from the 993 Tequipment brochure.

Funny what a difference 40 minutes made! Totally understand criticality of the WAF consideration (whether for peace or keeping brain pieces intact )

MW-- Recommend you contact RLer Receiver. Higher chance he has the AR wheel pix that will give both you & your lady perfect peace of mind one way or the other. Good luck.
Oh yeah, I'm also an Arena Red junkie, so feed my need with more pix sometime!
