Default Nose job (pics)

So after an incident with a crab trab this past summer I decided it was time to go the clear corner/euro lense/bumperette delete route. I also had the windshield replaced (insurance, same incident) as well as a couple small rust spots around the base of the front windshield and the rear glass repaired. Lastly, I had the rear decklid repaired and repainted after a bolt from the a/c compressor came loose and put a small dent in the lid. As of yet, no "Carrera" badge, I kinda like the naked look. First picture pre surgery. BTW, the work was done by Korva in Vancouver, excellent work.

I agree...looks great Tim. Where can I get the clear side markers? May need to find a set of MY 02 wheels if I don't find some Ruf's soon

Thanks for the comments guys. ^^^Mark, the clear corners are OEM Porsche parts. The "MY02s" she's wearing right now are actually the Italian-made replicas (gasp!) as I couln't find a reasonably priced set of OEM/BBS wheels when I was looking a few years ago. The Speedlines the car usually wears are in the basement right now though they may end up on the black car next spring along with a few other pieces. Time (and $$$) will tell. I've got to say again how impressed I am with Korva's work, the colour matching is perfect, even under the "ugly lights" in my garage. The only thing I now notice is the need for an Andreas-style fog lamp rebuild. They look a bit tired next to the crisp new clear corners and the new headlight lenses.

Looks good Tim. I may have to do the same with mine.

I agree with the top notch work at Korva. They did a front end respray on mine a couple of years ago and it looks great. They also guarantee their work for as long as you own your car.

My car came debadged and I like the clean look as well. Just a personal opinion though.

Good work!
