Not nearly as well engineered as one by Andreas, but in service for several years now! But I am looking for a center cap (that one borrowed off the 356 for the photo). Anyone got an old throwaway older style Fuchs center cap? (clip type).

I was somewhat expecting this guy to chme in ..
Yours are 18" though, right? ..
US trip for 2010 in planning mode right now.. Probably looking at July but no dates set yet.. Will get back to you on that one.. Oh and yes, I will be spending some time at Victory..
Either that or what Andreas said below. I agree that a tire would work as well!
Thanks Andreas, that's very generous of you! I'm liking the "RUF coffee table" idea . Something like a 26" diameter glass piece on top of the 19" wheel.. The wheel is 10" wide (or high in this case) so I'm thinking a coffee table by the sofa should be low, maybe like 17-20" high? I understand the idea of making a stand that bolts onto the wheel, but what will the glass rest on?
The hose reel is cool as well but a table would be much more useable
Robert, I agree that this would make the most sense. But these RUF wheels are very solid, so I don't see anyone bending one anytime soon . The hypersilver coating is tough to replicate though so if you scratch one of your rear wheels you know who to call ..

Don't know what they're called but just go to the local hardware store and pick up 5 little rubber dots (rubber bumpers shaped like the little dots candies) and a little adhesive and stick em one each to the 5 spokes of the wheel. If you get tall enough ones the glass should clear the lip and the high points in each spoke toward the hub.

I like Andreas' idea but I'd make a cocktail or bar type table out of it. I don't know the formal name but a table you pull bar stools up to or stand around for appetizers at a wedding reception or happy hour at the local pub.
