New Wheels....and pics!!
Awhile back I bought some HREs off of craigslist, bought new tires and mounted them up. They were on the car just a short time and the right rear basket (they were 540 mesh style) cracked.
After letting them sit stacked in the garage for months, I decided to talk to HRE about 'em. They were (Vince) EXTREMELY COOL and worked with me on getting these as replacements.
18 8s and 10s. Some quick driveway shots today, what cha think?

I get so p*$$*d off looking at all your nice pics guys, everyone over that side of the pond seems to have perfect weather, immaculate cars and perfect landscaped gardens!! Over hear its wet, cold and depressing. My car hasn't seen daylight since about october, makes me long to move to a better climate..........
Anyway, as I said, very nice wheels.

Thanks for the compliments guys. The pictures do them NO justice. They look really sharp in person. Just the right amount of lip and bling (the polished lips) that I've been looking for to compliment my bright red paint.
I'm torn on the black lugs. I thought chrome would be best, but now looking at them they kind-of bring out the black on the brakes and the black on the center caps.
Tire sizes are your standard 265-35 r and 225 40 f.

VERY nice. I love the polished-lip wheels on these cars, just looks sooooo "right".
Curious as to the rear offset. Looks to be mid-50mm range to these eyes. Of course, I have been wrong before.
