Interior Re-design sneak peak...(Few more pics)
Just received and installed the upper dash in black alcantara/black stitching. Headliner was installed last week and is flawless. Soon to arrive are the lower dash (Rennline piece) upper doors, window sills, rear deck,.. also in black alcantara.
The work was done by Classic 9 Leather (formerly 928 Leather Shop). Workmanship is amazing. It took quite a long time however, but in fairness, Bob told me it would take "quite a long time"
I'll take real shots and post when the rest of the stuff is installed next week...

Alcantara dash is on my "to do" list as well (looks great!), haven't asked yet from the interior guy why did my Jag's headliner, how much was the cost for yours?
Thanks!

For this type of work, is the alcantara pulled right over the existing dash and trim with nothing stock being removed(obviously it's disassembled)? Is there a small layer of foam or cushioning?
So, if one had a nick on the dash or let's say the upper door trim pieces, they could just be covered with alcantara and be good as new? I wonder how that compares to just buying a new trim piece or dash.

This process removes any imperfections in the donor parts, within reason I'm sure. It is certainly cheaper than buying new dash pieces individually.
The lens on our speedos is plastic, unlike the others that are glass. Kevin, at NHS popped in the new glass lens in just a few minutes.
Just a note, the headliner install was a beast. All the windows had to come out, which meant replacing all the window gaskets. It was a very expensive ordeal. However, it looks terrific. The workmanship of the material, and the flawless install make it look like a factory option. Feels like sitting in an Aston.
Some re-upholstery looks..well...re-upholstered. This looks straight and tight...so far. can't wait to get the other stuff installed!
