I don't believe this data is available. Here is a poll (unscientific) that will give some insight into color distribution.

I thought 5% was about right. However, I have only seen one other speed yellow in my 6 years of ownership. Even when I attend events... I'm the only yellow.

So using my Texas math....1200 targa 's ... 60 yellow Targa's in US or 230 worldwide.
