Those jackstands are not AC hydraulic jackstands made in Denmark. They are very different, For example real ones have nicer welds, weigh more, have greater capacity different size material, are galvanized,( I think).

As far as I know AC no makes that jack stands. The knock offs are very nice but are likely made in china.

Correct. AC stands are galvanized (I have two sets of four stands, one set is rated at 6,000 lbs and the other at 11,000 lbs), while the Esco stands are painted. AC were made in Denmark, Esco are made in China.

I know bit about these stands; I put together a group buy for these in 2002. I recall they were about $100 for four stands with the shipping includuled. I don't remember how many people participated in the group buy but it's seem that it was a pretty big number.
