Default Car Cover

With Winter fast approaching, I need to purchase a car cover for my new 993. I have searched past threads and there is extremely good information on this topic.

My questions are:

- Is anyone considering selling a cover? If so, I am interested.

- Is anyone game for a group buy of the Carnewal form fit cover? I would be happy to organize if we could get a group organized.

Default Cover for Cabs

While your on the subject of covers; does anyone make an outdoor cover specifically for cabriolet's? My concern is the fleece lining leaving lint on the cab top. Or, maybe that's not an issue.

I also got 2 covers with my recent 993 purchase. It used to have a turbo spoiler which I removed so I think I have the cover for the spoiler model available if you need it. Haven't actually taken them out of the bag yet to inspect.

Derek-

Looking for a cover for a standard NB coupe. If you have one that fits the bill let me know.

If you are looking to buy new, I can say my Coverking Stretch Satin cover is as nice as they get and only costs $274 with free shipping.

This is an indoor cover with an ultra soft lining. It is a custom fit-form fit cover with mirror pockets, etc. Comes with its own bag.

I really like the cover that I bought from Carnewal but it was super expensive after paying for import taxes and currency exchange. If you live in Canada they absolutely hammer you with the import taxes on this one.

I have one with the Porsche logo & bag that came with my wide body (which also has a Turbo S tail). I've never used it and it's sitting in the basement. It's like new not sure what these are worth, $50 plus shipping sound fair?
