UPDATE: I am not changing the exterior. You all talked me out of it. I'm just going to change the wheels, update the suspension, and exhaust. All original parts will be carefully stored. Thanks everyone for the compliments! Impulse buy is right, I starting looking at 993's last Friday and almost bought the red C4 on this forum, then I found this and couldn't resist!

+1. Your new 993 C2S is factory perfect. You likely paid a sizeable premium for this stunning example as it appears to be 100% factory original. When a very low mileage example comes about, it think it is worthy of preserving the originality.

I would not do a thing for 6 months and then if the itch is too much to ignore, the suggestions above are right but it will no longer be a virgin! Just save the original parts and don't tell anyone about your hooking up (the mods).

You've got a low-mile beautiful example. Enjoy it in good health.
Just do some suspension tweak, Muffler and tips, wheels and call it a day.

I say keep the wheels in your garage and do mods that can be reversed. You bought it to drive it and enjoy it. No matter what driving it will cause the value to go down from this point so just enjoy it! When/if it comes time to sell you have all the parts there for it to feel all OEM again.

My car isnt worth 1/2 of what that thing probably is but I am modding my car the same way. I am not planning on selling it but IF i were to I have all the parts and it can be put back like the OEM version.

Leave. The. Car. Alone. Drive it for a year. Decide what's lacking in your opinion. Modify those parts only.

For a more specific explanation, please find and read a very recent thread about mods people regret.

Great car, and looks like you have a GT3RS coming in the next few months in Riveria Blue. Nice pair!

Guys I am NOT going to hack up this car. You all have convinced me to leave it alone. It will look nice next to the Riviera RS. I'm super excited. Thanks for the compliments.

Suspension, if it hasn't been done yet. Otherwise, no mods.

OK, you need a new, non yellow gold, rear license plate frame.

As a starter: suspension and wheels.
