Sloan has a 993 C4s with less than 1,950 something miles for 84K.....and he is always SUPER high....

He also had another 993 some time ago this year with less than 100 miles........100k or something like that.....

At least it is a color; black and white are not colors.

Wait until the seller chimes in... When I made some of these comments he made fun of my car :-)

Not a best practice for brand management to make fun of potential customers but I digress...

Wow!! That's asking a lot!! One could almost buy a both a wide and narrow body car for that much.

a new (2011) 2S costs how much?
so in my strange way of thinking it's
about equal.... so to me, it's not
so bad...

I know SpeedGelb is a pretty rare color, but is it really worth that much extra?

Its in damn nice shape...probably a 99%, but there are others that are 90% for about half the price.

Tell me why I am wrong....
not to me
maybe if it had a grey interior....................

I would want to see the oil temp gauge in the same shot as the pressure, rev and odometer before I place my final bid. Was the oil stone cold?
In the photo of the interior it looks like the oil level gauge is almost in the red, the oil temp looks to be at 9 o’clock and the pressure just a fraction above 1. My 70k does better than that. Nothing to be concerned about perhaps, but it might just put me off.

U r about 1/2 right.

Black= absence of color
White= is the combination of all colors

Come on, remember that experiment in about the 3rd or 4th grade!

Spot on. And that's why it's priced that way.

If I had the garage space (at home, I already rent an off-site garage space), and the extra cash for another toy, I'd be all over a Porsche like this one. Some day I want a speed yellow Porsche.......and one of the cool blue colors like some of our Rennlisters (Mr.Sullivan).

I was reading about differentials back then.

GM has a vintage video explaining it all so well on YouTube. No PCs back then.

I have seen this 'high oil level' in other air cooled Porsches Mr. Willhoit has had for sale. I think his mechanic/shop slightly over fills 'em. Easy fix, if that's what it is.
