Fister/DiPietro, Steve Weiner, Sunset. All first-class acts with great reputations on Rennlist.

Whoever you buy from, I'd strongly suggest that you buy the fully assembled set that includes all grommets, clamps, boots, etc. They are slightly more expensive but worth every penny when you go to install them!

I think the 993 ignition wire set is by far the most complicated I have ever seen! I thought $450 was a bit steep for them. But when I saw them I realized how much goes into manufacturing them and then thought the price was actually reasonable. I must be buying too many Porsche parts resulting in my sense of reality being warped!

I bought just the wires and reused my connectors. Cost me about $150. That's a very tough job though. No fun. Only my tranny removal was worse.

Same here since my connectors looked like new and I mean like new after cleaning them up. The Beru spark plug connectors and suppressors are first rate in quality. They all ohmed out in-spec as well.

I made my own wire set using Beru Silicone Copper wire and Beru M3 terminals which were crimped using a Beru crimper. This way I had control over the quality (no nicked wires, insulation cut square using a jig I made).

I've even sold 5 sets of wires so far.

Not nearly as interesting as a vendor spotting an opportunity. That was fast!!!

I was looking for some information and a search had me come across this thread.

And why not?
opportunity? where?
I'm not so bright sometimes. I'm sure you can enlighten me.

But you have the vendor part correct. Sponsoring vendor

We've beat "why not" to death... resistors fail, etc. Yawn.
