just a plug b/c of great Customer Service

ordered a replacement gear that somehow got lost in the mail. They replaced the gear and reshipped it without even a question. didnt even ask me to pay for shipping. their response was

"heres a picture of the package and the tracking info....if you still cant find it let us know and well just ship it again"
