Yes, Dallas did the work. The PO did the work. Search on MarkD and he has a thread on it. I would but traveling this week. It wasn't bad at all I remember, few hundred total....
I love Chuck's above. Classy + cool. Impressive!
I'm thinking about changing mine up a bit. I love it, but change for the sake of change. I love a rootwood shifter feel I had in my prior 993. Brain juices flowing..

First of all, no question a Momo dished wheel would be my first choice. That said, my car still does double duty and I am not ready to ditch the airbag at this point.
I went with the Raid Daytona from Gert at Carnewal. They were on sale last fall, and I figured the cost of a nice 996 wheel plus airbag made it a fair deal.
Pros: the size is nice and tight, perfect really. The thick grip is PERFECT for 9 and 3 comfort. The workmanship is outstanding. I chose one with real aluminium insert that matches the handbrake, shift **** and gauge faces already optioned on my car.
Cons: I sit a little high, and as such, the gauges are somewhat obstructed. Also, the flat bottom seemed like a good idea, but on the track, it can be a little disconcerting when you trying some, what shall we call them, "unplanned manoeuvres"?

Dallas has the wheel and airbag now and can start working on the project. Hope to have it in hand so I can install next Saturday. Having the wheel and airbag both done in leather - with padding. I went for a dark blue thread to accentuate the midnight blue.

I have finally been able to download and re-size the photos from the FD Motorsports Shop Party on 9/24. Here are my pics.

I have no less than 4 3-spoke wheels right now and 2 leather bags. Have to figure out what to keep, what to sell. And what to maybe use for the next recovery group if there is one
