Completely agree with you.

Alex (IXLR8),
I received your nasty pm accusing me of buying mufflers out from under people and also bashing my products. I have never gone behind anyone's back and purchased anything. If someone is listing a set of mufflers for sale, sometimes I offer to buy them. That is my livelyhood, so I am always looking for muffler cores. I am not privy to the other pms or emails that the seller may receive, nor do I try and outbid others that are looking at them. It usually goes like this "If these are still for sale, I will take them." If they are, then they sell them to me, if not then I continue my search.
I think my reputation speaks for itself with the way I conduct my business.
I have never met you, or done any business with you, so I'm not sure why you continually try to drag me thru mud.

First of all Darin, there was nothing nasty about it other than a simple discussion...and no accusations were made or implied.

Please don't twist things!

Not here much lately anymore, but I can't recall the last good throw down. Carry on!

And not that it matters in the least (and I fully agree w/Mike about nationality and bringing that into this conversation), IIRC I believe our resident "Frenchie" is actually Lebanese living in France. Correct me if George...............

Guys, this thread seems to be a bit odd. Seller posts an item. One post says "I'll buy them if..". Seller gets PM saying I'll take them, no "IF". Seller then closes the deal and closes the thread. Seems reasonable to me.

It's Alex. He'll argue the way paint dries isn't the way it should, just for the hell of it.

Watch....he will be back in seconds....

I learned to ignore the guy long time ago. He'll argue with you even if you agree with him.

My starting this thread was never meant against any particular person, (unfortunately)
Just wanted, for personnal use, recognize and denote the ethics, standards, norms, call it whatever... for the Sale threads...
As I wrote before, let the seller choose no problem...
He is free to do whatever he likes, no problem
By doing so, regardless, he is being SELECTIVE !, good.
And these days, MOREOVER, he gives zero update to the first in line, just the word SOLD.
The one who snipped the item (fountain of wit) thinks he nicked the first in line.
The practice is very common by sponsors, to snipe...
and now moderators playing the game ???...
So my question in other words was : Are we playing Soft or Hard ball here on the 993 board ?
By the few replies, I got the answer, thanks

In Act or In Fact ? Dual Nationality
irrelevant in a 993 enthusiast atmosphere me thinks, lest a small minority here, but since you are asking, Chris

Not true at all if you are nuts. You then have to reverse that logic.
